1.) Can anyone participate?<\/b><\/p>

The only strict rule we have as organisers is that all participants must be over 18, which is the age of legal capacity in Hungary \u2014 so you’re able to decide for yourself whether to take part, since the competition can be physically demanding. Beyond that, we strongly recommend that only people with an adequate level of fitness take part. The event mainly attracts athletes such as runners, power hikers, bodybuilders, and powerlifters, as well as anyone else in good physical and mental condition.<\/p>

2.) How difficult is the route with the weight? Should I train for it?<\/b><\/p>

That depends on which weight category you choose. For men, the options are 20, 40, or 60 kg. I’d suggest starting with the 20 kg category \u2014 it’s a safe choice, as we haven’t seen anyone fail to complete it in that category, so it works well as a baseline. As a moderately fit man, you could also consider the 40 kg category, which is realistic even for a first-timer. If you’re unsure, don’t worry \u2014 you can decide on the day itself, and we’ll help you pick the right weight.<\/p>

For training, I’d recommend progressing gradually in this order: walking (ideally long-distance, to build endurance), running, running uphill or on an incline, running with a weight belt, and finally walking or running with weights in a backpack.<\/p>

3.) What’s the average completion time, and do I need special equipment?<\/b><\/p>

The average time to complete the route is between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. If you compete in the 40 or 60 kg category, no special equipment is needed, as we provide carrier frames for the brick weights. However, if you choose the 20 kg category, you’ll need a backpack suitable for carrying 20 kg of bagged cement or plaster \u2014 the bag’s internal dimensions should be at least 25x45x10 cm.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
